During the renovation period, the cafeteria will only be open for breakfast and will be closed in the afternoons.

The Management

The Hotel Eco Vía Lusitana is located in the new residential area of Carabanchel Alto in southern Madrid, next to “Aguacate” business area, and close to Parque Tecnológico of Leganés.

The hotel is well connected to the city centre by bus and metro, with the metro station being only 150 m. away (San Francisco – Line 11), it allows our guests to be only minutes away from the city centre.

Also, the hotel is closely situated to the shopping centre Islazul and easy accesses to the major motorways and ring roads of Madrid: M40, M45, M30, A42, A4, A5.

The hotel has a total of 65 comfortable rooms, 59 of them being standard double (with the option of a supplemental child bed), 4 superior rooms and 2 rooms for disabled or wheelchair.

Facilities include: café, terrace, modular meeting rooms for up to 120 people, free wifi access in all rooms and public areas and private parking for 30 vehicles.
